All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review, if approved, provide replacement at no additional cost.

If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame, contact us and we will assist you in locating or resolving the issue.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible or in specific approved cases. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
